Recruiting PHASE2 T-Cell Lymphoma

New treatment option for T-Cell Lymphoma

Official title Pembrolizumab and Brentuximab Vedotin in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory T-cell Lymphoma

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05313243

What this study is testing

What is Brentuximab vedotin?

Brentuximab vedotin is an investigational medicine, being studied as a potential treatment for t-cell lymphoma.

Also referred to as Adcetris.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This is a single arm, open label, multicenter study phase 2 study of pembrolizumab and brentuximab in subjects with relapsed/refractory CD30 positive T-cell lymphoma (including peripheral T-cell lymphoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) who have received at least one prior therapy. We hypothesize that this combination is effective and will produce an overall response rate of \~55%.
