New treatment option for Salivary Gland Malignant Neoplasms
Official title Neoadjuvant Sintilimab in Combination With Carboplatin and Nab-paclitaxel in Untreated Salivary Gland Malignant Neoplasms
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05000892
What this study is testing
What is Sintilimab , Carboplatin, Nab-paclitaxel?
Sintilimab , Carboplatin, Nab-paclitaxel is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for salivary gland malignant neoplasms.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- This proposed study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of preoperative administration Sintilimab combined with nab-paclitaxel and carboplatin in salivary gland malignant neoplasms who are about to undergo surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as Sintilimab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
