Recruiting PHASE1 Lymphoma

Tests treatment safety and results for Lymphoma

Official title A Phase I Safety and Pharmacokinetic Study of Gamitrinib Administered Intravenously to Patients With Advanced Cancer

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT04827810

What this study is testing

What is Gamitrinib?

Gamitrinib is an investigational medicine, given as an once-weekly infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for lymphoma.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This is a first-in-human, phase I, open-label, non-randomized dose-escalation and dose-expansion study with the primary objective to determine the safety profile of small molecule, mitochondrial-targeted Hsp90 inhibitor, gamitrinib, including identification of dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) in patients with advanced cancers. A secondary objective of the study is to determine the recommended dose and regimen(s) for a phase II study.
  • Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
  • Which group you join is decided by chance.
