Cilostazol is an investigational medicine, given as an once-weekly, being studied as a potential treatment for cerebral small vessel diseases.

Who can take part
Ages 18 and older. Healthy volunteers may be eligible.
You may be able to join if
- Age ≥18 yo.
- Diagnosis of CADASIL, sporadic WMD or lobar CMB and age-matched healthy controls (eg. patient's spouse or unrelated friends without SVD)
You likely can't join if
- Age\<18yo
- Pregnant
- Breast feeding
- Unable to follow commands
- Unable to tolerate MRI
