Cilostazol is an investigational medicine, given as an once-weekly, being studied as a potential treatment for cerebral small vessel diseases.

Who can take part

Ages 18 and older. Healthy volunteers may be eligible.

You may be able to join if

  • Age ≥18 yo.
  • Diagnosis of CADASIL, sporadic WMD or lobar CMB and age-matched healthy controls (eg. patient's spouse or unrelated friends without SVD)

You likely can't join if

  • Age\<18yo
  • Pregnant
  • Breast feeding
  • Unable to follow commands
  • Unable to tolerate MRI
