Tests treatment safety and results for Hematologic Malignancies
Official title Efficacy and Safety of Nemtabrutinib (MK-1026) in Participants With Hematologic Malignancies (MK-1026-003)
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT04728893
What this study is testing
What is Nemtabrutinib?
Nemtabrutinib is an investigational medicine, given as a pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for hematologic malignancies.
Also referred to as ARQ 531, MK-1026.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of nemtabrutinib (formerly ARQ 531) in participants with hematologic malignancies of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/ small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), Richter's transformation, marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM).
- Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
A plain-language read of the study's public ClinicalTrials.gov listing. The study team confirms the details.
