Recruiting PHASE1 Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Tests treatment safety and results for Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Official title A Safety Study of SEA-CD70 in Patients With Myeloid Malignancies

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT04227847

What this study is testing

What is SEA-CD70?

SEA-CD70 is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for myelodysplastic syndrome.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This trial will look at a drug called SEA-CD70 with and without azacitidine, to find out if it is safe for participants with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It will study SEA-CD70 to find out what its side effects are and if it works for AML and MDS.
