Recruiting PHASE1, PHASE2 Relapsed Hematologic Malignancy

New treatment option for Relapsed Hematologic Malignancy

Official title CA-4948-101: Open-Label, Dose Escalation and Expansion Trial of Emavusertib (CA-4948) in Relapsed or Refractory Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (R/R PCNSL)

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT03328078

What this study is testing

What is Emavusertib?

Emavusertib is an investigational medicine, given as an once-daily pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for relapsed hematologic malignancy.

Also referred to as CA-4948.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This is a multi-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib alone or in combination with ibrutinib in adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. This trial will be completed in four parts.
  • Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
