- Pathologically verified SCLC or LCNEC
- Age ≥ 18 years
- Informed oral and written consent

- Unknown primary tumor
- Previous radiotherapy to target lesions in the lungs
- Previous or current treatment with somatostatin analogues
- Current complete response to therapy
- Carcinoid syndrome
- Other active malignancy, except for non-melanoma skin cancer
